We are about six months away from FLAIRS 2026, and preparations are in full swing behind the scenes.

This year we will dive into the future of finance, the role of emerging technology and what it means to grow as professionals in a changing industry. Expect new speakers, interactive sessions and plenty of chances to meet peers from across the financial sector.

2025: The Power to Pivot – Banking for Resilience and Renewal

This edition focused on the pivotal role of banking amidst ongoing global transformations. Hosted by Johan Nota at ING Cedar in Amsterdam, over 400 young professionals explored how the financial industry can remain stable yet adaptive. Through inspiring keynotes from Wim Mijs (CEO EBF), Marguerite Bérard (CEO ABN AMRO), and resilience expert Inge Bryan, the event delved into themes of strategic renewal and operational resilience. Interactive workshops and deep-dive panel discussions addressed critical topics like AI adoption, cybercrime, and the defense industry. The day concluded with a vibrant dinner, drinks, and the signature FLAIRS after-party, offering extensive networking opportunities for the next generation of bankers.
