We’re just a few weeks away from this year’s edition of FLAIRS! We’re in the final stretch of preparations, and we can’t wait to share everything we’ve been working on with you.

In the run-up to FLAIRS 2025, the Leaders in Finance Podcast explored our central theme: “The Power to Pivot: Banking for Resilience and Renewal.” The episode dives into how banks can adapt to an uncertain world, embrace innovation, and remain relevant for future generations. The event stimulates exchanging knowledge among young bankers by creating a platform to discuss relevant issues and gain inspiration from leading financial figures. The event allows these professionals to establish networks and provides the opportunity to collaborate with other experts from the field.

Since 2006, FLAIRS has been the real deal in combining and sharing knowledge. It is also the perfect place for discussions to take place between young bankers. The biggest annual interbank event in the Netherlands provides lots of thought-provoking workshops, presentations, and inspiring discussions.
